What is ProxPanel

ProxPanel is an end-to-end ISP management platform. One installation gives you:

  • RADIUS auth + accounting for PPPoE, hotspot, and IPoE — MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei BNGs supported.
  • Subscriber CRUD with bulk operations, soft-delete, archived view, CSV import/export.
  • Service plans with up to 6 daily + 6 monthly FUP tiers, CDN-specific FUP, burst control, time-based discount windows.
  • Bandwidth rules — time-based speed boost/throttle (night-boost, peak limit) with per-subscriber overrides.
  • CDN traffic shaping — per-subnet throttling, port rules, DSCP marking, PCQ queues.
  • Billing — professional invoices with QR codes, PDF export, partial payments, prorated plan changes, multi-currency.
  • Cash collection — field-agent workflow with WhatsApp receipts.
  • Customer portal (web + mobile) — usage history, plan changes, data top-ups, WiFi remote control via TR-069.
  • TR-069 ACS for managing Cudy and other compatible routers.
  • Multi-tenant SaaS mode — schema-per-tenant isolation, wildcard subdomain routing.
  • HA clustering — main/secondary with PostgreSQL streaming replication and one-click failover.
  • Observability — Prometheus, Loki, Grafana stack with pre-built dashboards.
